Elite competition teams have 3-5 in state competitions per season, some which will consist of a total weekend commitment. Elite teams will also travel out of state to compete 1-2 times per season.
Elite teams are dedicated to the sport, have a commitment to 3-5 hours of practice each week, and are upheld to the standard of being a focused, team player.
Athletes ages 3-18+ are required to tryout and are placed on teams based on skills they can offer the team.
A typical season of commitment is 10-11 months. Practices can be 2-3 hours long and as often as 2-3 times a week. Most practices are mandatory due to many elements of a competitive routine that cannot be practiced without full attendance.
In addition, Elite teams will have a weekly tumbling class. Elite Athletes will have first priority to private sessions to improve skills.
